setting skill locks within a razor macro

Is it possible to set skill locks within a razor macro. I have a character that's completely finished except for int points. I dropped a little med and started see-sawing some int skills to gain int. I wish I could macro it, but I don't know whether you can set skill locks within a razor macro. Can you?

Just do it manually with herding and camping, it only takes a few minutes. Unfortunately there is no way to have razor adjust your skill locks.
