Are they still a stealable object? or can they no longer be stolen anymore?

House deeds are now blessed due to some recent patch.

Something that is "blessed" cannot be stolen, or lost upon death for any reason.

Something that is "newbiefied" will not retain in the holders backpack if they are murderer status (red) upon death;

Or, if the item is placed in a container inside of the holders backpack, it now becomes stealable and lootable upon death.

All in all, a house deed is essentially "blessed" so as long as the character holding the deed is not red, and the item lies within the characters "main" backpack (not a sub-backpack within their backpack, such as a pouch, crate, etc.)

What about boat deeds or dry-docked ships? Are those also newbified? (I know the keys aren't)

Drydocked ships are newbied, as on OSI when introduced. The ship deeds are not.
