Chance to poison = Poisoner's skill divided by 4.
The chance to poison is basically calculated by whoever poisons your weapon, not the person who is actually using the weapon. At GM Poisoning, there is a 25% chance to poison a target. Chance to poison isn't based on the poison strength, either, so its 25% whether you're using lesser or deadly poison.
