Rare Spawns

Im not sure this is the correct forum, but its going in here anyway, and if it gets moved it gets moved.
Some off you may have noticed the mysterious "culling" of rare spawn books from the librarys, in some cases from 3 books to 1, on the basis that these items "have stopped spawning". This is lies, complete and utter fallacy, and part of a larger scheme to essentially "hide" the majority of spawns unless you are in what i like to call the "rares mafia family cartel" aka the "circle of trust".
This all occured around the same time in every library, and, rather co-incidently, around the time all the library owners joined UoH. Funny huh? I dont think i have to paint a picture here do I?
At my shop, Nu'yew Vendor Outpost, 1 screen directly south of the Yew moongate, you can find a rune ontop of a bookcase to my public tower, with my public rares runebooks, all of which have been confirmed by me personally with the exception of the level 4 spawns.
Some of these spawns may be slightly wrongly classified, either a level to high or low, but the majority are right. I have spent the last month tracking all of these spawns, times, dates, frequency, everything, it was hard going, and i burned through a stupid ammount of recall reagents a day but i got there in the end.
I have knowledge of missinformation, false spawns, and general lies being fed to people by vets and certain member of the community. I think this is totally wrong, who gave these people the right to decide who is worthy of having a chance at what rares? What gives them the right to control the rare spawning system?
Nobody, thats who, which just about brings me to now. I am missing some spawns, i know this, and the likely hood of me finding them is now 0, i know this also, but i dont care as these spawns would have continued to remain the object of what essentially ammounts to exploitation[spawn selling] regardles of my actions. Ive had enough of this BS, and i thought it about time i went public. I know some people are going to be pissed at me, i dont care, alot more people are going to be thankfull.
These books will remain public no mater how much pressure is excerted on me to remove them.
PS: Ive been told some people are pissed at not picking anything up in a week. Dont like it when the shoes on the other foot do we?
