Fishing, Serpents, and ways to kill them
When you play with fire, there is a 50/50 chance something will go wrong, and nine times out of ten it does.

I went the magery route and it seems to work fine with GM Eval and Maqery and Med in the mid 80s. Make sure you get your Int up though. If you go the archery route, you'll need healing.

Re: Fishing, Serpents, and ways to kill them
I personally went the way of archery. I make my own ammunition and been using GM weps with very little trouble (only the occasional deep sea serpents make me nervous).
And the very little trouble I *DO* have could easily be fixed by increasing my healing and magic resist skills, which I plan on doing (not to mention picking up a decent magic wep).

Thing is, your archery template also needs the extra 100 for healing that yuh left out. I prefer the Mage template for sure. It is the fastest killer
