Was this area changed to no recall? I tried to recall there and got a "You are not allowed to travel there" message. I've used the rune successfully before. I thought the location might be blocked, but wouldn't that give a "That location is blocked" message?

You probably tried to recall there from the regular lands. You can only recall/gate between two spots that are both in T2A.

And that was it, of course. I was using the rune in Delucia when it worked. Pardon my ignorance, but as Hawkins knows the last (and only) shard I played on had T2A closed, so I'm still getting the feel of it.
