LVL 4 chests to pick?

Where the hell are they? Go to the spots I try to remember but seems like they are lvl 3.

I saw a post 2 weeks ago with location, but alas I cannot find it after searching

All the major rune library have runebooks with the locations. I am making a couple copies of my personal 16 rune book, i could make you one for 5k aswell if you want.
