I have hoarded a bunch of scrolls if you dont get it soon...maybe I can find one in my wastebasket pouch of scrolls or russle one up someplace.
I suggest finding it in game first of course. More meaningful to quest for the lost scroll :)

There is a vendor near Yew moongate that sells every circle spell. If not, check outside the south gate of Trinsic, there is a vendor there as well.

Here's what I wonder... when this shard first opened... how did one find the first copy of each 8th level scroll? I know they propagate via scribes... but I've never found a level 8 scroll on a monster in past shards - OSI or T2A replica shards. Any idea where they come from?

you can find the lvl 8 scrolls on high level monsters
