Can a lockingpicking character break into locked rooms...

...inside of your house? Such as the large brick house? I just placed a large brick house but do not know the rules. I have separate keys to both interior doors and have locked them. I was considering unlocking the front doors but I won't do that if the interior doors can be picked by a lockpicking char. Anyone know? Thanks!

I never received any extra keys to the interior rooms for my pad.

You don't receive it, you need to make one:

Interior lockable doors: Use of a house key on a door will allow you to rekey that door and will generate a new key for it.
But I do not know about the lockpicking part, sorry.

One can't lockpick any house doors, that includes any interior doors, but remember, to make interior house keys, the house has to be private and not public. But once the interior keys are acquired, it's possible to make the house public and use the existing interior house keys on the interior doors.
