With the latest patch ending secure trading on houses, and the removal of checks. new security measures will need to be taken in order to prevent scamming on houses, and items over 43k.

For a modest percentage of 1% from each party, a represitive from $$$ can be available to over see the sale, and make sure both parties recieve the goods and services they are promiced.

If you are interested in our services, please send me a private message here on the forums, Or join the #$$$ channel in IRC, and ask for a broker.

There is almost always someone online that will be able to help you, we have players on both US and Euro time. We are confidential, and respectful, with public and private rune libraries able to meet anywhere on the server within minutes.

Those of us who have worked hard on our buisness reputation will make sure that scamming is impossible in this new time of trading.

Thank you,

Bina of $$$

There has been several posts offering the service for free, and people are allowed to do whatever they want. All of the people that posted thus far (blackfoot, nox and fwerp) are not going to scam you, and are legitimate.

The money is not what this is about, even if I was to take 5% on a castle sale at deed price I would only be accepting 10k.

A 100k house would be 1000 gold. obviously we at $$$ have tamers, treasure hunters and the like and the money is not the goal.

When you charge for a service, you are insuring the item (its accually a trade if money is involved. no money means it is not a trade).

Just food for thought when everyone and their grandmother (other then the ones who have posted here) offers you a free trade broker service.

Keep in mind aswell that if you have a friend or whatever that will broker for you for free than cool but other than that those that are willing to do it and not scam you would also most likely be on a there time basis. Meaning youd have to wait for them to be on and not be hunting or busy in some other regards. For the modest fee we ($$$) charge it makes it a business transaction and obligates us to follow by the standards set forth by our leadership. Meaning in this case safe trustworthy and TIMELY manner. As stated in the original post once you get in touch with us and agree to the terms,,, We can be most anywhere within minutes :)

Just my two cents

His maths are correct.

and this does not add up to much folks, I did a 400k Brokerage deal today, the total fees were only 4k, which was already arranged in their trade, this is to ensure that indeed a "trade/transaction" is taking place between the Broker and his Clients, otherwise it could just be considered a friendly gift as there was no charge for the service.

Actually its not. 5% of 100k is 5k. Times by two is 10k. He said 1k.

oh yea your correct! I was not reading it properly obv, either way its a modest fee and can vary with 5% being the highest

this should be more lke 1% as 5% does seem like a large sum almost 100k on a castle sale!

Tradespot Brokers and MarkeeDragon both charged 10% for their trading services. However, this was obviously on a much larger scale and worked across shards later in the game. It was reasonable and quite used then as brokers made money hand over fist if you were able to gain status as a Tradespot Broker.

10% is a fair fee for the near guaranteed availability.

Hmm. Just my opinion but I think 10% overall price is a bit steep anyways myself. 5% of the overall would be reasonable to me. And as for the 100k on the castle or whatever If you stick with the 10% overall than maybe a cap could be applied. Ya know 10% or x amount wichever is less.

Quite worrying that a merchants guild are struggling to work out a basic % figure from a very, abnormally as far as trades go, round figure....wouldnt you say?

Dont worry im just being pedantic .

never said we were any good at math!!

:) I think we will try an honest 1% for now, if demand seems to be higher for our service we may increase this amount at a later date
