Help with Blacksmith

Hello,
was just wondering what might be best items to make for best skill gain and most cost effective. I will be starting my blacksmith from 30 after a buy it. Can someone either help me by letting me know what to make at what skill, both for best skill gain and cost effective. Or if someone can post a link to point me to a guide. havent found one yet on this forum
Skill gain more important then cost effective, but if there is a nice balalnce that would be great
