The Yew Moongate is a great area for vendors. There is a lot of traffic that comes through and the location is relatively safe because it is 1 1/2 screens away from the moongate.

If you keep your prices competitive and restock often you can easily make 60-100k in a weeks time. Sometimes you can make 60k easily just over the weekend. I had a alchemist, scribe, smith and magic weapons vendors that often sold out all items within a few days time.

I don't have the time anymore to restock the vendors on a semi-daily basis and or even adventure around Britannia so I have decided to sell this prime real estate.
