magic bone armor?

didnt want to start a new thread, but magic armor also came with charges on them occasionally. they never go here, some armor had relfect charges etc. ive been wondering why you dont see any of this.

Weapons, however, produce any offensive effect upon a successful strike against an opponent, while armor, clothing and jewelry are activated as a result of being worn (every time the article is put on 1 charge is expended)-- they are also limited by charges.

Aye. This should definately be implemented. With out getting into the details, RunUO wasn't very well set up for these types of charges and they were written independantly for Jewelry and clothing. The feature was never added to armor because it was a very rare case to find those items in era. I will get this done so all three types of items can have this same behavior.
