Patch 104: Archery, Carpentry, Monsters breaking furniture

Post by Derrick »

These changes will be effective on next shard restart:
  • Corrects the Accuracy bonus for archery (4.6-23.3) (source)
  • Heavy Crossbows repairable. (source) (search for Magic heavy crossbows)
  • Crafted Armoire and Fancy Armoire are now lockable with sufficient tinkering skill.
  • Creatures will no longer break furniture on the floor above them in castles, keeps and towers.
  • Pets will follow their hidden and dead masters
Of additional note:
  • Fixes a few days ago targeted to solve the lag and crash issues that plagued us last week appear to have been successful. We've been very solid for three or four nights in a row now.

Did this change loot at all? Hell cats no longer have any loot on them as of a couple of days ago. :?:

Some animals have had their incorrect loots removed. I don't think this should have applied to hellcats. Modern stratics indicates they should drop gold. I'll look into this.

Please in patch 105, add this.

Remove party system
Event joins are random not guildies binded
WW speed has been lowered
Guildchat removed
Bank Checks removed.

Era accurate, simple and will make the game more fun. Changing things like below have no real effect on gameplay and many patches have this crap in it and you seem to avoid things that DO change gameplay.

Heavy Crossbows repairable
Crafted Armoire and Fancy Armoire are now lockable with sufficient tinkering skill.

You have lost your mind Dreadlord..
Heavy X bow repair is GREAT news for alot of us, and I personally adore the lockable armoires.

Whats pvp about that? They are real problems / Era accurate that will effect this game.

I'm just saying that about your referance to the "worthless" changes made by this patch (see below)
