There are lots of PKs that roam that area. Reds are on screen 9 times out of 10. Very unsafe.

I went here 3 times yesterday looking for PKs and have concluded that you sir, are a dirty liar.

I'll be out of town until late tonight and will be able to do the transfer tomorrow, assuming I get a bid. Based on luke-warm interest, I'll just go ahead and set the buyout at 55K. Please post here if you want to buy it out as I won't be able to respond to PM's until tomorrow. Minimum bid is still 44K.

So it looks like this vendor-ready, PKs at your front-door house is going to go unsold??
