The vesper inn library has received very good traffic since it opened.

Its doubtful that either me or Dark Radiance will open vendors inside the rune lib.

However we have 2 small houses directly west of the keep that will be for sale to a merchant with a good reputation. The price will be quite cheap, the only requirement is that you keep your vendors stocked.
