REPORTED ISSUE: Hiding and the TradeWindow

ISSUE DETAILS: You can initiate a trade window while hidden but it is non-visible to the second party.

ENVIRONMENT DETAILS: N/A

STEPS TO RECREATE: Hide, drop an item on another player, other player cannot see window.

EXPECTED RESULTS: I remember re-titling a book and passing it to people attempting to reveal me during T2A as a taunt.

Assuming your saying that you were able to trade with the visible if you were hidden?

Please log on to the demo and test this out!

I have not been able to find patch-notes for this, there are none indicating otherwise either, as far as I know. I am nearly positive that this means that it is still active on OSI-shards if someone has an account to test.

Because the demo is (currently) single player it's not (yet) possible to test this on the demo.

Surely someone has an OSI account, I never once recall this being changed, and I played from dread-lord to UO:R. Surely it still works on OSI. I am unsure why it has specifically been coded out of the RUNUO code. There are no notes related, and I do not have the ability to check myself.

No need, look through the patch notes, no changes to this ever. Do you want me to post a link to every patch to show you which ones have no changes for this function?

Login to OSI-UO, you can trade in this fashion there.

I may have spoken too soon.
It looks like this should already be working. The packets are being sent to the client.
If possible, can someone please check this out on current live EA UO and confirm this works there? I need to rule out that it's not the client preventing the display of this windoe

This is always how it worked. The trade window is visible to the hidden player, and not visible to the un-hidden player.

No problem here.
