Hey all, many of you battled for this location last week when this L shape house fell, and now you can bid on it!

The house is located right up against the gate leading into Cove and is 3-4 screens away from the bank. It sits perched on the entrance to the Cove orc fort as well. There is prime mining in the area, as well as a public forge and an anvil placed against the mountain range right outside the front door.



This auction will run until Saturday June 6th at midnight server time. Minimum bid increments of 5k. I will not be accepting any silent bids or IRC bids on this auction, you must reply to this thread if you are interested. Good luck all!

i was very interested and have plenty of cash... anyway...

I kind of agree, as someone who sells here often, any auction over 3 days is way to long.
