Magic Orc Helms

Are these worth anything? I've never seen a magic modifier on an orc helm before, I found them in an IDOC. I have one of "guarding" and one of "defense".

Magic orc helms show up in treasure chest and SOS loot, and I presume monster loot as well. From what I've seen, players here don't go crazy over magic armor in general, even Fort/Invuln armor. Hardening and lower, I just sell to NPC vendors.
