yes its true we are quitting/have quit.

this is due to losing a keep deed and due to matron de winter.

this is a sad day for this shard and a sad day for us but we refuse to play with this lameness.

baught a house from an urk so we could place a keep where the spot was i buy the keep deed give to a guild member to place and out of nowhere i see a message attempting to steal a keep deed and matron de winter recalling away

so basicly i guess from the other side it would be

matron de winter watching urk irc saw that i was doing this waits for us to attempt to place stealths up blocking placement and then steals and recalls instantly

No real reason to quit, we all feel the same way after something like this happens. Tron quit cause his runebooks got stolen, FS! stole WmD's tower, and chumbucket took B-D's castle. I felt the same way on divinity when 5 weapons were stolen mid pvp in one day, I basically quit too. Point is not all players have the same goals and minds as everyone else. Even though this is a freeshard chum, ireland, and matron will sit around for hours/days waiting for something like this to happen.

PvP is not dead and you guys add a decent guild to it, Chad is obviously a better dueler than most and you guys won some 2v2s. Again no reason to make an entire guild leave, its just a set back that you wont care about in a few days. + MIKES TAMER is gona be rolling in mad cash soon anyways.

I second what Vlast says.

Our tower recently was looted and we had our guildstone teleporter, with over 200 players, taken. Besides all the loot and rares, our whole guild was on ransome and it nearly tore us apart.

After 2 or 3 days we got it back for free so we were pretty lucky but yeah, that kind of thing represents a real loss of time and seriously makes one wonder if they should continue playing.

This is the sort of thing that makes Ultima Online great.

How is it so simple to do? I'm sure it took some serious planning. If it was so simple to do, I'm sure you would hear about it quite often. The fact that you were completely unaware of her presence makes it planned beautifully.

This is an accomplishment for a thief, just like winning a guild war, or a duel would be an accomplishment in game for you.

What I feel is sad here is that you are quitting over it. I'm sure is a detrimental loss, but the game continues just like in life when something bad happens, you either overcome it, or you let it take you down. Do not take this the wrong way, I am not personally attacking you in anyway, I just think you could overcome this =\.

Pvpers dont need more than a place to store regs/pvp items.

This is UO how it was, not a simulated PvP shard with no other ways to play the game. If that is all your looking for there's plenty of shards out there, maybe find a nice Trammel shard with plenty of PvP events.....and 1v1 tourneys.
