Any upcoming guilds need a nice secluded town?

I am selling a really good area that has 1 tower 1 brick and 4-5 smalls. Another L can be placed with a little effort. It is very secluded.
I also have a entire copy of roadkill's rune lib. It will likely be placed inside the brick for sale.
I may auction all this off in the upcoming week. But I wouldnt mind giving an upcoming guild a sweetheart deal. PM me.
