House Anvil/Forge

Are there any NPCs that sell Anvils/Forges for houses(add-ons)? I am guessing not.

That being said, can anyone tell me the Skill Reqs to Make them?

You'll need to be quite a skilled Carpenter and Blacksmith. You should be able to buy them off another player no problem.
