Lv 4 Dungeon Chests...?

So Ive poked around the forums and the wiki (even some other UO forums) and cant seem to find a answer to this... for lv 4 dungeon chests, does this just mean chests on the 4th level of the dungeon? or do the lvl 4 chests spawn all over? if all over, does anyone have a map or or something to help find them? thank you in advance
