I have a few, but don't see them around often.
Ive heard that they don't spawn anymore also.
if that's so, id be willing to sell as a unique

Haven't seen one in a while. Couple people have them on vendors for just 100 per invis charge. I once found a spell reflect tribal with high charges but that was a while back.

I currently have a tribal mask with 29 charges of spell reflect that I picked up maybe a month ago (from lockpicking). I would imagine invis masks still spawn too.
