Usually charge by the charge? Are there any with 50 or more charges? I'm thinking I might try to use it on someone, cast an EV, and keep using it on them, keep paralyzing them while the EV chases.

People generally save their dispel wands for that trick, but give it a shot it might work.

OK, i have never seen one in over 4 years. I also have never seen a dispel wand. Are they a gf item? Keep in mind, i've probably done over 1,000 tmaps, over 1,000 lv4 dungeon chests, and countless high end monsters and have never seen either.

Well, the wiki says they exist. Specifically, it will ID as a "Ghoul's touch" wand. No one has any? Someone post a screenshot of both.

I've seen plenty of jewelry with odd charges, but never wands. I would suspect they either are very rare, thus very expensive, or they are gf.
