Really great location for a residence. Far enough away not to be bothered, close enough to run to town. Close to Brit GY and also a cave mine.

Mens is Aussie I believe.

This may explain the comment.

For the noun referring to a horizontal level of a building, story is the standard spelling in American English, and storey is preferred in all the other main varieties of English. The plural of the American story is stories, and the plural of the storey is storeys

Indeed.

And to take it further, there is no variety of English. English is English. "American English"is both an oxymoron and an abomination.
