As above, your bids of 7k are not in 10k increments starting from 0, so you are the one who needs to take a quick glance at his English notes from kindergarten.

Vega had previously set the starting bid for items 1, 2, and 3. So the next valid bid would be 17k.

Yeah why so angry? Vega seemed to understand them from the start, and now you do. Bid on or don't.

I can see how one might get confused, and I was finding it difficult to explain how I wanted it. But that is how I intended it, so from here forth: once the auction has been started, hence the first person to place a starting bid, whatever that may be, you can then only minimally increment the bid by 10k.
