Who currently owns the two small houses just north of the npc building next to the Moonglow Rune Library (SW)? And furthermore, is there any chance they are up for sale? Thanks!

Sorry I dont know who recently placed those. $$$ let the 3 that were there fall. Nothing else will fit there so they were declared surplus property and torn down.
