need some serious pvp training

so sick of losing every single fight/dying to reds, I want a guild that I can a lot of sparring with/will show me the right macros/hotkeys to have, etc. Not just for pvp, but just plain defending myself when I get attacked.

learned a couple things, that you should use potions rather than spells, ride a horse, set a hotkey for blues, greys and reds, still need to work on it.
