Selling Keep @ Turtle Bay (on grass, unlocked for viewing)

It comes complete with my patented white wyrm trap on the roof.
I will include the stools to the roof for an additional two small deeds.
Selling for a castle deed (plus 2 smalls for stairs to the roof).

The guy who sold me the keep said it was, and I have had no issues with people in the courtyards.
