changed game size and go a circle of transparency whatever i set the gamesize to can use to look into peoples housess and stuff

There is a numerical Value in the UO.cfg (if you comfortable editing it) that indicated the circle of transparency's location relative to the center. You can change it to float off in any direction, likewise, you could edit this to correctly place your in the center, it's a problem with Razor forcing game size.
