Compassion Keep super cheap

UPDATE: 11/2016
Ready to offload this property. Bidding starts at Deed. Keep will be emptied before sale.
I present, my keep on the outskirts of Compassion desert. Looks cool with it's orc add-ons at the front door. Keep will be empty upon sale, stools (25) of them could remain for the right price.

Someone has trouble reading... Price is for the empty keep.
If it doesn't sell, I'll keep it. Hence the reason why it's not empty now.

too bad i left UOSA last year and let this Keep + a tower and 5 other Compassion houses fall lol. good luck selling!
do you own the north keep also? it was a tower when i bought it for 600k from Ashborn. looks better now, i wasnt able to place it due to the house blocking the keep placement lol.

Yes, I own the north keep as well. Currently on loan to the Bloodrock Clan. They don't seem to be active anymore.
