With a simple pause and health check between casting and targeting you can eliminate the EQ threat.

It's actually a lot harder than you think Even with a health check directly before "TargetSelf" it's very, very easy to kill someone FSing themselves.

Here's a good debate from a while back. If you copy/pasted the macro 20+ times and added random pauses (one line 1734, next like 954, next line 3845) yeah it probably would be easy to stay alive. But just the check before target self isn't enough, since there's a good 0.2s or more between targetself and damage.
