About 20 tiles/steps give or take from gate...i have moved it up about 3-4 tiles as well to make it even closer....s/b: deed + 25k; B/O: deed x 2

3 tiles closer is all i could get...the tree is right at doorstep now...but not for it to be annoying or in the way
