UO Second Age

I am at the location for digging but when I double click shovel all I get is you can not mine here. I searched the forum and found the stratics map guide with locations and cordinates which I used razor to find the exact cordinates but nothing. I have tried moving around nerby the location as well. The wiki guide says I should get I should get a saying like "you did and dig but did not find any treasure" but all I get is you can not mine here.

Double click shovel -> click map -> click ground. You'll get a second target after hitting the map.
