+15 Executioner's Axe of Vanquishing NEW

This is a fantastic weapon for any PvM Dexxer who doesn't also Parry: it will hit harder than, and more-reliably-harder than, a GM-Halberd, and with a brisk swing-time that still permits the wielder to wear a lot of heavy armor; oh, did I hear someone say, "potions" ... ?
