You know, I scouted around wrong, buncs, & jehlom with cliche' and my fisherman also. I saw the other map fragment. I missed what you found. Either he's still adding or it's difficult to find these clues. /shrug

I wouldn't follow any clues that talk about Alastor. There are still some NPCs mumbling Alastor's name, but that's from the A Pirate's Life for Me / Dark Secrets storyline from last Fall.

So far your best bet for solving clues leading to the next step is to occupy Skull Island. Someone is surely to stumble upon something!
