IDOC Timer Query

As close as possible (server saves/reboots vary etc) how long is it from refreshing a house to "new" and it falling? I'm planning a small IDOC event and want to make sure it falls at peak time.

If this is a planned event, why not just demolish the house yourself at a predetermined time? Why wait for it to really collapse?
