Ballpark guess: 20-30k depending where you get your regs. Join the mages guild and buy them yourself from NPC vendors for the lowest price.

It's closer to 55-65k gp with NPC prices, 65-80k from player reg prices. That'll put you at 88-92 resist too if you do it in your house with an alt healing you, or 0 resist if you do it in townSariahTheBard wrote:Ballpark guess: 20-30k depending where you get your regs. Starting from 30 skill costs 7-8k extra (NPC prices again).

Aeris is probably right, I think I may have gotten some free regs when I did it last and forgot to take that into consideration.
