Razor screen flash

When not running razor game is flawless
Razor running makes entire screen white flash about every 30 seconds, any suggestions on a fix?

Turn off "use smart cpu usage reduction" under the general tab
right click on razor and go to properties
run in windows compatibility mode for XP
run as an administrator
