my offer is small deed plus 10k
Due to the fact that all the real pvp is done at Buc Den now(ask the current 7 people that pvp), this GY house really holds no value.

I am withdrawing my bid.
I just acquired basically a same screen as brit gy small at a higher price.
This house on this ad is a great deal and anyone would be lucky to snatch it up IMO
