Starting an auction for this L Shape near Yew Gate. SB is deed, BO is a black dye tub or L shape+small deed. Auction ends Friday the 5th unless BO is offered.

You can see how far it is from the moongate here. I can post a screen of the actual house, but I assume you know what an L shape looks like.
