Stable Master in Moonglow

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

Was there not a stable master at the inn (right outside to the left) during t2a?

I remember there being one on chessy. Not sure when it was put there.

Moonglow stablemasters were added right before pet-bonding/ressing. Waay out of era.

This was very usefull for tamers, too bad it was post-T2A :(
