Tutorial server is down.

I noticed the tutorial server was down when trying to bring a fresh player in. Confirmed it's not connecting on the UOSA install client.

It's been down for quite some time. I constantly accidentally click it and have to restart the client. About a 2 on the annoyance scale.

No test Server. Dozens and dozens use to be dueling and wanking around on test and not in main. We don't need test server. Keep them in the main.

I don't care if the test server exists or not, but if I fat finger it and click it I don't want to have to restart the client. That's all I ask!

I meant the tutorial, not the test center.
