Hail,
Shadowmire Mortgage Services are open for business.
To my knowledge in all the years of playing on UOSA no one has attempted such a venture.
Due to the vast disparity in wealth between the well established veterans and the new players I decided to provide a solution.
The service I provide is simple.
If you want to purchase a house from a certain player and can't afford or prefer not to shell out the entire sum you now have an option to "put down" 20% of the purchase value and pay off the remaining loan amount in 30 weeks. A interest "option" is at the sellers sole discretion. The owner would then Co-Own the player who purchased the house using this option and is expected to transfer ownership when the full agreed upon amount has been satisfied. I charge only a 2% loan origination fee to broker the deal, payed by the seller after initial terms have been agreed upon. Failure to comply with payments will result in being un-Co-owned and is considered breach of contract, which means you lose all the invested capital and any chance of obtaining the home. All sales are final and contracts will be put up on the housing section message board for all related parties to agree upon and "sign." The payment trail must and should be noted in the original agreement thread for protection, otherwise I can not assist with any discrepancies.
PM me with questions and interest in hiring me for my services.
Thank you,
