UO Second Age

I tried to look up something on this, but most of the posts were from mid-2008.

I'm a bard and I use EV and Blade Spirits to finish off mobs.

I know these things will attack myself, but will they target other blue players and flag me criminal and then potentially give a murder if they kill that person?
