I can't speak for the owner, but the original poster of this dropped the house and a new owner placed, I don't believe they want to sell it. I do have one for sale not far from there, really close to the moongate, but perhaps not as private as this one. viewtopic.php?f=72&t=63841

if you want seclusion just recall to some of the islands and look around there where a few spots open for L's the last time I looked

Hey, thanks for the replies. I am not really in the market for any more houses but this one happened to be situated almost directly across the bay from one my existing houses which is also an L-shape on a beach. Poetry and all that shit.

Lots of housing spots open now-a-days...just run around and look.

Note: Houses near water are subject to BS LOS rules that will allow someone to kill you while you sit and macro inside...
