Selling Patio to Xx-GoD-xX for deed+small. He will hand deed and be co-owned. The house will be transferred when payment is finished at a later date.

Patio deed was given. He is now co-owned. When the small is given, he will have the house transferred to him.

Small deed was given today. Deed was given first. The house was transferred after. Buyer was honest and nice. Would do business with again.
