Only houses I consider special locations are right next to a moongate or bank, or one of those cool smalls like in Wind or North Mines all isolated..

I like the property. I think it is a cool spot. I don’t think it’s worth 300% of deed price. The only people I could see entertaining that price would be a PK or an enticer. Both could profit from the people coming out which they could use to justify the price. Those guys typically don’t like people knowing where they live though. It’s too easy to seek retribution. Better to keep your work life and home life separate so people don’t bother you.

Good luck on the sale. I hope you get what you are asking, and I hope it doesn’t go to a red since I use that to move between t2a all the time
