Ash and Treysta will take care of you. They've always had the scrolls I needed at a fair price. Both are quick professional traders.

Purchased 20k from Ash and 20k from Soulbreak from IRC (not sure of forum name)
both went smoothly and for great prices. I am happy indeed. (and stocked for long time)
